Bd 26's Terms & Conditions – Know It, Understand It, Follow It

Bd 26 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed service operating in the online gaming and Sports Betting sector in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bd 26 and all its registered users.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a technical error in casino games, bd 26's decision is final.
• If bets from multiple accounts are detected on the same event, all such bets will be voided.
• Maximum winning limits are set separately for each game and betting category.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd 26 to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Hacking, cracking, or making unauthorized modifications to game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Stealing or accessing another user's account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Impersonating or misrepresenting bd 26 staff.

Bd 26 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Where possible, users will be notified by email prior to closure, though this is not mandatory.

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• Repeated failure to provide verification documents.

• When a user submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
